Use before you shampoo. Section dry or damp hair and apply treatment directly to the scalp using enough to lightly cover the scalp. Next, lightly massage into the scalp with fingertips and leave in for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse with water. Follow with Balancing Act Invigorating Scalp shampoo.
Pre-caution: Use product only as directed. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs rinse well with water. Do not use on broken skin.

Hair Type Wavy Hair
I am have thick, semi-thick and wavy hair. I sweat alot and I get greasy easily ): I've had dandruff for over 10 years - it comes and goes but recently, it never goes! I've tried Nizoral, Glycolic acid soak, apple cider vinegar, more showers, less showers, for sensitive shampoo, head&shoulders, changing conditioners, warm & cold water, scalp scrubs and all - but unfortunately, still there! I tried this plus a water filter attachment to my existing shower due to hard water and voila! - it wasn't just gradual - it was gone! I think these two made all the difference but this wash is an easier and least expensive option to try. for those who do not find this effective: also try changing your shampoo and conditioner to less fragrant ones - contact dermatitis is real!

I never write reviews but I had to because it's just THAT good. I have a dry scalp & product build up doesn't help. My scalp was really itchy to the point that I had to wash my hair every other day to feel "fresh". This helped so much! My scalp feels fresh for days and it's not itchy at all. Make sure to leave it in for 3-5 min like it says, it makes a difference!!

Great product great price.
I've dealt with scalp psoriasis most of my life and this helps so much. I've used it twice so far. It's a milky serum consistency. I apply it and let it sit for a few minutes like instructed on dry hair. I double cleanse and use a mask. I havent had any itchyness between washes which is unheard of for me. Will repurchase when i'm done.
Dandruff
This product was cooling and I thought it was working but today I have so much dandruff! I have not had dandruff in years…im so confused everything says this is gentle but my scalp is flaking
