Bathroom Staple
I have been using this brush for over 6 months now, I have a ritual couple of times a week, where I use Urban Veda Body Brush . I start off with dry body brushing, circular motions towards the heart, its very invigorating and awakening. The bristle are nice and firm and you can add as much pressure as you like to the body, I feel it buffs away dead skin cells, I then use the Urban Veda Radiance and Soothing Body wash followed up with the Radiance or Soothing Body Lotion, the aromas are lovely and long lasting. I highly recommend this body ritual

Best for Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage is so important and this brush offers an amazing way to stimulated it! I always put emphasis on my yoga classes to breath into our lymph nodes, but the act of taking time aside and massage our bodies to facilitate the elimination of residues is not only a act of self-care but is now my a meditative time in my routine! I highly recommend it!
