Great Eyeliner for a Great Price
I've tried many different eyeliners over the years, some higher end, some lower end but keep coming back to this Ulta Brand options. One of my eyes tends to water a little more than the other one, and this eyeliner really does a great job of limiting the smudging under that eye. For the price, it's a great product! Comes in lots of colors, but I usually go for the Metallic Raisin, works well with my green eyes.

Is this product safe for contact lenses? sometimes I get makeup on the lens, either from the waterline or makeup particles falling into my eye, and it's very irritating and makes the lenses cloudy (and I do clean them when I get makeup on them). also, my skin is oily and when my eyes water no eyeliner so far has lasted. would this do it?
