HOURGLASS Arch Brow Volumizing Fiber Gel

Well i tried this so many times and even though im not an expert at makeup i could not get it to look good. It's formula is just goopy and doesn't spread evenly despite the brush. The brush is a little hard to use with one side bristles are longer than the other which kind of looks like a comb. In the end I filed 13ed it (garbaged).

I would give this five stars, but I feel it runs out quickly. I wish there was "more" product or a larger container. It fills in the sparse areas of my brow and I do like the fibers that adhere to my brows. I haven't found another product that does all the things that this one does.

I've been using Thrive Instant Brow Fix Gel in the color in the shade of Audrey (dark blonde) for quite some time now but I hated that they are always out of stock online or charge high shipping for one $24.00 item. Gave this a try after trying other high end and low end brow gels and I just love how this applies so naturally. I have very very blonde brows and this Hourglass Soft Brunette is the perfect shade for my fair skin with red and blonde highlighted hair. Another Hourglass win for me.

I used my Ulta points to get this product and after using it for a few months I think it's fine, but don't love it because it can be easy to over apply and the brows look thick and chunky. I have the shade blonde and do think it tints the brows and does some filling of sparseness but the hold isn't great, and somehow is kind of crunchy right when you apply it, but then I don't feel it in my brows as the day goes on. I prefer the ELF WOW Brow for a drugstore option and still love the Gimme Brow as HG. My brows are full and thick but I do have sparse areas and a gap...the short side of the bristles deposit the most color and the longer bristles can gently comb the product out...but I don't think it's that great for full price. Warm blonde works for me and I wear 2 or 2.5 in Benefit Precisely my brow and 2 in Gimme Brow...warm golden blonde hair.

This caught my eye for some reason since I really wasn't a big fan of Benefits brow gel, it just didn't last long and would be off within a couple hours yes it looked natural and and cute but gave brows minor volume compared to this!! I feel like Hourglass literally gives me extra hairs haha it just makes my brows so full and fluffy it's amazing and it lasts all day until I take of my makeup, and that's without any clear gel to hold it place. I just hope it last a while since it is a little pricier than others. Well worth it though I will be purchasing again when this is gone. (I accidentally wrote this review for the clear brow gel. Oops! I meant this stuff. I'm sure the clear works well to)
