My Hair Type: I have very wavy hair that I am trying to train as curls. I also have blonde highlighted hair so its heavy chemically processed hair that dries out and frizzes easily. The Product: this is an aerosol spray product. This spray is vegan, cruelty free and paraben free. So you can use thi...s product without guilt or worry that it will harm your hair. The spray does have a floral scent with a hint of wood notes that release with time. Application: I use this spray on 2+ day hair since I do not wash my hair daily. I section my hair out and spray on my roots to mid length. Because I don't wrap my hair at night my curls do get flattened. This spray brings the volume back in between washes. My Routine: I use a scalp massager in the shower with shampoo and then I use conditioner. I mention this because I have a lot of product such as the serums, cremes, and sprays in my hair and the scalp massager will remove all of the buildup. There will be a huge difference in how your hair reacts to these products when your scalp/roots are cleaned with a massager. After my shower I brush my hair with a wide tooth comb. I then used 2-3 pumps of Fitzsimon's serum and I finish the routine with Fitzsimons's Fantasy Curl Crème. Next, this is important - do not touch / fidget with your hair. Let the product work it's magic. I don't diffuse my hair because I am lazy so I always let my hair air dry. Once fully dry, I part and fix my hair how I like. The next day after I have slept on my curls, I will use this spray. I flip my hair upside down to spray my roots underneath and then part it multiple times and apply the spray again from roots to mid length. Results: by incorporating all of the products, I am left with voluminous light curly hair despite the humid hot weather in Houston TX. When I sleep on my curls, they lose their volume, when using this texture spray, it brings them back to life. This is important to me because I began physically going back to work 2X a week, so I have to look presentable 2 days in a row and don't want to have to wash my hair back to back or pull in a bun like I used to.
