I think this product is overall really good- i think it does its job and has good benefits. The only thing i wish is that the bottle bigger so theres more product. I like this, the smell isn't bad of course it does give off the apple cider vinegar smell. My hair and scalp feel clean afterwards, although not as clean as other scrubs I've used before, but it does a decent job. If you have long or thick hair this bottle is going to go by very fast.

I use the vinegar rinse when I do a sweaty workout but it isn't wash day yet. I scrub my scalp with this stuff and it makes it so I can go another day or two without a full wash routine.

I have a super dry scalp and this literally cleanses my scalp without stripping. I was surprised that the smell wasn't crazy (I was a little nervouse reading ACV) but it doesnt have a potent smell at all! After I use this I add a scalp oil to lock in my moisture!
