Updating my review from a few weeks back after I finally have been able to use the product. The pump didn't work at first but the ladies at earth harbor sent me replacement pumps that work now. Love the cleanser itself. I like how my skin feels after using it. Felt tingly the first couple times using it. I like the smell too and glass container. So hopefully the pump issue is resolved after they update their suppliers. I'll continue buying products here.

I love so many of the EH gems and I wanted to love this cleanser but it just isn't working for me. Like many other users, the pump/packaging has been extremely frustrating. I gave it -2 weeks to see if it just needed to work its way through but I think the pump is designed for the viscosity of a liquid, not a rich cream like this. I am also bummed that this doesn't remove my makeup (specifically eyeliner and mascara) very well. I wear Erin's Face mascara and Elate eyeliner (clean beauty, nothing waterproof) and I still need to use a cleansing balm on my eyes after using this cleanser (the cleanser I used before this took everything off super easily and rinsed away very clean). I will continue buying EH Azure, Celestine, Anchor, and Siren Silk but will probably go back to Plaine Peoducts for my cleanser.

I just started using your products a few weeks ago & I love everything. This cleanser is fantastic & makes my skin feel so good. I also love the peppermint scent. However the pump is so frustrating & doesn't work at all. I have the hardest time getting the product out, it is very thick. This is my only complaint & with all the similar complaints I'm hoping you are working on a solution.
