Hi! Can I use the Triple C Night Cream after the AHA peel?
- Asked by Sophie
- Official Answer By Mad HippieThanks for reaching out! You may use the Triple C Night Cream after the AHA Exfoliating Peel. We recommend waiting 10 minutes to let the AHAs work their magic. Please let us know if we can assist further. :)Was this answer helpful to you

Is this something that needs to be used consistently or can I use it on occasion when I am feeling like my skin is clogged?
- Asked by Meg
- Official Answer By Mad HippieThanks for reaching out! We recommend maintaining consistent routines for the best results. Please let us know if we can assist further. :)Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
Does this product actually peel skin or have skin roll off when rubbing it in? I have tried another brand that when you rub it in, it gently exfoliates and balls up dead skin on your face.
- Asked by Coco
- Official Answer By Mad HippieThanks for reaching out! Our AHA Exfoliating Peel is basically an at-home version of a glycolic peel. It is intended to work overnight while you sleep to dissolve dead skin cells that build up, dulling the complexion and clogging pores. We recommend massaging 2-4 drops into freshly washed skin that has been gently patted dry - it should absorb quickly and easily into skin without pilling or balling up. Take care not to over-massage it into skin. Please let us know if we can assist further. :)Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
How often can I use this and can I layer it with any other products ?
- Asked by Ness
- Official Answer By Mad HippieThanks for reaching out! The AHA Exfoliating Peel is gentle enough to be used every night, but if you are new to using AHAs, we recommend starting with every other night to see how your skin responds. It is best not to layer with other exfoliants or products containing vitamin C, as they are often non pH-compatible & using multiple exfoliants in the same routine can lead to irritation or over-exfoliation. Please let us know if we can assist further. :)Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
Can I use this every night and do I need to use a moisturizer after using it?
- Asked by Lloydielui
- Official Answer By Mad HippieThanks for reaching out! The AHA Exfoliating Peel is gentle enough for nightly use. But, if you are new to using AHAs, we recommend starting with every other night until your skin adjusts, then move to nightly. You can follow 10 minutes later with a moisturizer if needed. Please let us know if we can assist further. :)Was this answer helpful to you

Am I doing something wrong?
Let me start by saying that I am a fan of Mad Hippie and I love their Vitamin C serum. It made a huge difference in the brightness and even-ness of my skin almost immediately. So I decided to try the exfoliating serum as I've got some texture and acne scarring on my chin, and large pores elsewhere. ...

Actually really good
Took me a bit between buying this to using it - I took "peel" literally and used this very sparingly. Once I actually learned some about skincare and understood the ingredient list I came back to it and finished off the bottle. Works much better when used consistently!
The best AHA product
Dont let the "peel" in the name fool you. This is a serum that can be left on overnight and under your moiturizer. Most AHA peels have to be removed and burn, but this doesnt! This product and Super A are game changing products!
Helped my acne

I've used this a little over a month in conjunction with vitamin c and vitamin a serum and my skin has cleared up so much . I get less breakouts and milia and my pores are much clearer and less bumpy . The only thing I don't like is it contains hydrolyzed soy which is not good for people trying to avoid estrogen in their body products , please take it out and it would be perfect .
Good for even sensitive skin

I have very sensitive skin, but love the exfoliation without scrubs. This checks all the boxes!! Does a great job smoothing away dull skin without irritation to sensitive skin like mine. I am looking forward to trying other products!
