- Begin with clean nails.
- Match the nail tab number to your appropriate nail bed size.
- Press the adhesive tab to your natural nail and hold down to secure.
- Gently peel off the backing, and firmly attach your press-on nails. Pro-tip: For extended wear, apply the adhesive tabs onto natural nails, nail glue on top of the adhesive tabs, then the press-on nails. This will allow for a less damaging remove process of your press-ons later and also allow for double the hold strength.

I have tried multiple tabs and these are the only ones that keep my press on nails lasting for days. I just wish they have the adhesive tabs on the nails already but I'm buying these tabs from now for my press ons. AMAZING, must get them if you're having a problem with the nails popping off.

Tabs themselves weren't staying onto my natural nail; each tab was coming off and rolling into a little ball. Took 2-3 rounds for each nail to finally adhere to my natural nail.Took about an hour to apply. Noticed the numbered tabs could be used interchangeably (although about 1/3-1/2 are too big for my nail beds). Both my index finger press-ons came off in the morning. Needed another 2-3 rounds of tabs for them to adhere to my natural nails. Went out for a lunch, and when I got back, my right ring finger's nail was coming off. Ended up taking all the nails off. Took 2-3 rounds of nail polish remover, alcohol, and soapy water for the film to come off. Not worth it. So far I'm disappointed that I wasted my money on these (and the nails themselves).
