old formula and product packaging was better
I used to love this product, it had a great formula that worked well and always left my face feeling and looking great. I especially loved the individual glass ampules that kept the serum fresh and prevented oxidization. I read that they recalled the glass ampules because they were deemed hazardous when opening, but I never had problems and really miss the freshness of opening a new ampules.
Great Vitamin C serum, annoying to apply
Been using this Vitamin C serum for a few months and it works great! The only issue is applying it since the tip is so small and it ends up dripping off my face sometimes. Other than that, I would give it a higher rating if it were easier to use.
