"Pilling" can occur due to many different reasons, for example, the amount of the product being applied, consistencies of the products being used in conjunction, the total number of products being applied, etc. We recommend applying water formulations before oil formulations and using a maximum of three serum formulations in a single regimen. In this case, you may be applying too much product to your skin. Your skin can only absorb a certain amount of product, and any excess will be left on top of the skin so that when the next product is applied, it rubs off. We recommend using 1-2 drops of each product, massaging it into the skin until it is fully absorbed to move on to the next.Was this answer helpful to you

I love this product but every time I use it, the squeezy bottle type seems to leak without me even squeezing the top part. It is kind of annoying cause it does get everywhere but I do love this product. One thing that I hate about it is the fact that it's kind of oily on your skin at first but then you can't really feel it after a couple minutes. smells pretty questionable.
