I slept in this two nights in a row and woke up to a really nourished and fresh face. I will start using some of Skin Chemist's other products to include them while gaining the benefits of this mask. This was a bit confusing because when I purchased this, it said it was a day mask. However, when I received it, the label said it is a night mask. The packaging says to leave it on for 20 minutes, but the tube itself says to leave it on all night. I left it on all night. I put some on my décolleté area and had itchy skin and a rash for a week, so I will only use it for my face in the future.
