ULTA BEAUTY’S 21+ DAYS OF BEAUTY EVENT SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES (THE “OFFICIAL RULES”)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

SPONSOR: ULTA BEAUTY’S 21+ DAYS OF BEAUTY EVENT SWEEPSTAKES (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Ulta Inc., 1000 Remington Boulevard, Suite 120, Bolingbrook, Illinois 60440 (“Sponsor”).

ENTRY PERIOD: The entry period opens at 4:00 p.m. Central Time (“CT”) on March 10th, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on March 16th, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries must be received within the Entry Period. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

TO ENTER: Eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time during the Entry Period by going to www.instagram.com (or open the Instagram app on your device) and:

1. following @ultabeauty on Instagram (if you are not already following);
2. liking the designated Instagram Sweepstakes post on Instagram; and
3. commenting on such dedicated Instagram Sweepstakes post a response to the question “which haul would you like to win”. The comment must include the #21dobSpringSweeps with either “Week 1”, “Week 2” or “Week 3” in the response (corresponding to the Week 1, Week 2 or Week 3 prizes below).

If an eligible individual does not have an Instagram account or does not wish to comment on Instagram, such eligible individual may also simply email their full name and preferred email address (if different from email used) and/or phone number to sweepstakes@ulta.com during the Entry Period. Such email submission must include in the subject line (a) “21+ Days of Beauty Event Sweepstakes Standard Entry”; (b) the eligible individual’s full name; and (c) either Week 1, Week 2 or Week 3 (corresponding to the Week 1, Week 2 or Week 3 prizes below).

Only (1) entry per person is allowed during the Entry Period. Multiple entries beyond the limit, or entries that do not follow the instructions, may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

NUMBER OF POTENTIAL WINNERS: Three (3) potential winners (each, a “Potential Winner”): one (1) Week 1 prize Potential Winner, one (1) Week 2 prize Potential Winner, and one (1) Week 3 prize Potential Winner, each selected from the combined pool of all eligible entries as described below.

PRIZE(S) & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): The total ARV of all prizes is $1,064 USD.

No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Redemption is subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old on the opening date of the Entry Period.

Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, and representatives of Sponsor or its parent and subsidiary companies, affiliates, divisions, franchisees, representatives, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, distributors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively the “Released Parties”) and members of their immediate families (spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-law, grandparent, children, siblings, and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household (whether related or not) as such individuals, are not eligible.

WINNER’S LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: A copy of these Official Rules and winner's list are available by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope with sufficient return postage indicating “Official Rules” and/or “Who Won?” to ULTA BEAUTY’S 21+ DAYS OF BEAUTY EVENT SWEEPSTAKES, c/o Ulta Beauty, Inc., 1000 Remington Boulevard, Suite 120, Bolingbrook, Illinois 60440. Requests must be received no later than three (3) months after the close of the Entry Period. Vermont and Washington residents may omit return postage for Official Rules requests. A copy of the winner’s list will also be available on the website.

GENERAL TERMS:

ENTRY: By entering, entrants represent and warrant that their entry (and each element thereof) complies with these Official Rules. An entry is earned when Sponsor records receipt of a completed entry with all required information. Entries will be accepted or determined ineligible by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of email address and/or social media account. Limit of one (1) prize option per person, regardless of email address and/or social media account. The intellectual rights to the entry, if any, will remain with the entrant, except that these Official Rules do not supersede any other assignment or grant of rights according to any other separate agreements between entrants and other parties, including but not limited to social media platforms. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. Those who do not provide the correct information in their entry or abide by these Official Rules and other instructions of Sponsor and its representatives may be disqualified and all associated entries void.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Each entry must also comply with the following:

(a) Each entry must meet the technical and content requirements of the applicable platform.

(b) Entries that feature, mention, refer or otherwise allude to the name, logo or trademark of any entity, third party individual, product or brand other than that week’s participating vendors (if applicable), may not be submitted, and may be disqualified at any time in Sponsor’s sole and unfettered discretion.

(c) Any entry that fails to meet the Sponsor’s specifications may be disqualified at any time in Sponsor’s sole and unfettered discretion.

(d) Each entry must be entrants own original work, created solely by entrant, and must not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights of any person or entity.

(e) Each entry may not have been previously published or distributed in any media, and may not have been entered in or won any previous sweepstakes, contest(s), or other promotion(s).

(f) Entries that are lewd, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, disparaging, defamatory, libelous, obscene, non-family-friendly, and/or entries that otherwise contain inappropriate content or objectionable material may not be submitted and may be disqualified at any time in Sponsor’s sole and unfettered discretion.

(g) Entries that contain any viruses, spyware, malware or other malicious components that are designed to harm the functionality of a computer in any way may not be submitted and may be disqualified at any time in Sponsor’s sole and unfettered discretion.

(h) Entries must not contain any images or personally identifiable information of any person other than entrant, and should entrant include personally identifiable information about themselves in the entry, entrant acknowledges and agrees that such information will be disclosed publicly, and entrant is solely responsible for any consequences thereof.

(i) Entrant may not be, nor may entrant work with parties in conjunction with entries hereunder who are: (1) represented under contract (e.g., by a talent agent or manager) that would limit or impair Sponsor’s ability to display the entry in any media form; or (2) under any other contractual relationship, including but not limited to guild and/or union memberships, that may prevent Sponsor from being able to use the entry worldwide in all media in perpetuity on a royalty-free basis, without any payment or fee obligations.

(j) Purported entries that are forged, altered, incomplete, late, lost, inaccurate, misdirected, mutilated, illegitimate, incomprehensible, or garbled, including without limitation by human error, or generated by a macro, bot, or other automated means are invalid. Entries or participation on behalf of any entrant by any other individual, entity or group, or web site or online service, including, without limitation, through commercial promotion subscription notification or entering services, are invalid.

PRIVACY: As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant consents to receive communications from Sponsor and its agents for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. When providing your email address, you may opt in to receive marketing emails from Sponsor, however you may unsubscribe at any time by following the “unsubscribe” link and instructions in any email, and doing so will not affect your entry into the Sweepstakes. Except as provided herein, personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes is governed by Sponsor's privacy policy at https://www.ulta.com/company/privacy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: As a condition of entry, entrant agrees that Sponsor shall have the right to use, copy, modify and make available the entry in connection with the operation, conduct, administration, and advertising and promotion of the Sweepstakes and of Sponsor via communication to the public, including, but not limited to the right to make screenshots, animations, and video clips available to the public for promotional and publicity purposes. Furthermore, and except where prohibited by law, winner grants the Released Parties the irrevocable, sublicensable, perpetual right and permission to use, publish, post or display winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, prize information, biographical information, any quotes attributable to winner, if true, and any information or content provided in the entry (together, "Likeness") (which may be altered, used alone, or used with other material) for advertising, trade, promotional and publicity purposes without further obligation or compensation of any kind, in any medium now known or hereafter discovered or devised, world-wide, and without notice, review, or approval. Winner releases all Released Parties from any and all liability related to such use of the Likeness. Nothing contained in these Official Rules obligates Sponsor and/or the Released Parties to use any Likeness and winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such use. NAMES, LOGOS AND OTHER MATERIALS ARE USED FOR PURPOSES OF SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR PRIZE DESCRIPTION ONLY. ALL TRADEMARKS, SERVICE MARKS, TRADE NAMES, TRADE DRESS, PRODUCT NAMES AND LOGOS APPEARING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES ARE THE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS; USE DOES NOT IMPLY AFFILIATION OR ENDORSEMENT. WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: Each Potential Winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about March 17, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. All eligible entries (i.e. Week 1, Week 2, and Week 3) will be pooled together for the drawing. Sponsor will randomly draw entries from the combined pool and continue drawing until one (1) Week 1 prize Potential Winner, one (1) Week 2 prize Potential Winner, and one (1) Week 3 prize Potential Winner have been identified (i.e., if a drawn entry corresponds to a prize option for which a Potential Winner has already been selected, that entry will be set aside and an additional entry will be drawn until a Potential Winner for each prize option has been selected).

Within approximately five (5) business days after the drawing, Sponsor or its designee will attempt to notify the Potential Winner by email or social media account. If any prize, prize notification, or Sweepstakes-related communication is rejected, faulty, or undeliverable; if the Potential Winner does not respond within two (2) business days according to the notification’s or Sponsor’s instructions; or if Potential Winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Potential Winner selected as provided herein. As a condition of being awarded the prize, Potential Winner may be required to complete, sign, notarize (if applicable), and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release and an IRS Form W-9 to Sponsor within two (2) business days from the date on Sponsor's communication sending the documents. Any failure to timely return the signed and notarized (if applicable) affidavit may result in prize forfeiture and an alternate Potential Winner will be selected as provided herein. If a confirmed winner is unable or fails to use the prize or portion thereof, no compensation will be given and Sponsor will have no responsibility or liability to winner. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

PRIZE DELIVERY: Prize or prize elements will be emailed or mailed, where applicable, to winner’s email or postal address as provided to Sponsor in winner confirmation at Sponsor’s expense.

PRIZE & ODDS: Prizes will be awarded in accordance with these Official Rules. Redemption is subject to availability. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the distribution of entries among Week 1, Week 2 and Week 3. All taxes (federal, state, and local) based on income to winner, as well as any expenses, costs or charges of any kind not specified in these Official Rules as being provided as part of the prize, are the sole responsibility of winner. IRS Form 1099-MISC may be issued. Released Parties are not responsible for and winner will not receive the difference between the actual value of the prize at the time of redemption and the stated ARV in these Official Rules or in any promotion-related materials.

Sponsor is not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen prize. If winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited. Winner is strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring any part of the prize. No prize substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the stated prize or portion thereof with another prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value. No more than one prize as stated will be awarded. Winner waives the right to assert, as a cost of winning the prize or on any other basis, that Sponsor owes or must pay any costs of verification, redemption or travel to claim the prize and any liability and publicity which might arise. Sponsor is not liable for any missed prize events, opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of transportation cancellation/delay.

ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND THE SPONSOR DOES NOT MAKE (AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR) ANY REPRESENTATIONS, GUARANTEES, OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATING TO ANY PRIZE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY EACH OF THE RELEASED PARTIES AND META PLATFORMS, INC. FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, DISABILITY, ATTORNEYS' FEES, AND COSTS OF LITIGATION AND SETTLEMENT, AS WELL AS ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE USE, ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR AWARDING OF THE PRIZE, WHILE PREPARING FOR, PARTICIPATING IN AND/OR TRAVELING TO OR FROM ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, DEATH, LOSS, OR ACCIDENT TO PERSON OR PROPERTY. WINNER AGREES THAT THE PRIZE IS PROVIDED AS-IS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, WHETHER NOW KNOWN OR HEREINAFTER ENACTED, RELATIVE TO THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WINNER AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES AND META PLATFORMS, INC. ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, OR RE-ROUTING.

ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMERS: The prize will be awarded to the holder of the email address or owner of the social media account, as applicable, used in the entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed made by the registered account holder of the email address or social media account, as applicable, used at the time of entry, but only if that person otherwise meets the eligibility criteria in these Official Rules.

Released Parties are not responsible and/or liable for any errors, problems or configuration of or relating to any Sweepstakes-related correspondence or materials which may limit a person’s ability to participate in this Sweepstakes or receive communication from Sponsor. Released Parties are not responsible for any communications that are undeliverable or do not reach entrant as a result of any form of filtering or insufficient space in entrant’s email or social media account.

Released Parties are not responsible or liable to any entrant or winner or any person claiming through such entrant or winner for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof in the event that any of the Sweepstakes activities or Released Parties’ operations or activities are affected by reason of any acts of God, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action, regulations, order or request proves to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any law, rule, regulation, order or other action adopted or taken by any governmental, federal, state or local government authority, or any other cause, whether or not specifically mentioned above.

All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict or void entries or participation from any IP address or other source if any suspicious entry and/or participation is detected. Sponsor reserves the right to void entries of any entrants who Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. If Sponsor determines, at any time and in its sole discretion, that an entrant, Potential Winner or winner is ineligible, in violation of these Official Rules, or engaging in behavior that Sponsor deems inappropriate or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to take appropriate action in its sole discretion and will have no responsibility or liability to that entrant, Potential Winner or winner, even if the Potential Winner may have been notified or the winner announced.

Sponsor’s failure to or decision not to enforce any provision in these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. In the event there is an alleged or actual ambiguity, discrepancy, or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and/or these Official Rules (including any alleged discrepancy or inconsistency within these Official Rules), it will be resolved by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules will otherwise remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and award the prize from eligible entries received prior to cancellation, modification, or suspension or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. If any person supplies false information, obtains entries by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these Official Rules in an attempt to obtain the prize, Sponsor may disqualify that person and seek damages from him or her and that person may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW: Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that all disputes that cannot be resolved between the entrant and any Released Party, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or the prize awarded, or the determination of winner must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Under no circumstances will any person be permitted or entitled to obtain awards for punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (if any), not to exceed ten U.S. dollars ($10 USD), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

This Sweepstakes and any dispute arising under or related thereto (whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct, or otherwise) will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without reference to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions, suits or proceedings related to this Sweepstakes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and each entrant accepts and submits to the personal jurisdiction of these Illinois courts with respect to any legal actions, suits or proceedings arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes.
