Guys i need a spray, a powder, or something that can snatch my makeup and get rid of my glowy/oily look asap!!! Especially since summer is around!

I have dry skin right now , and flaky but its very oily through out the day and the dry parts look cakey makes me want to completely wash off my makeup mid day.
