Disappointed

I am so disappointed in this whole process my computer didn’t even update until 10:01 and I’m hearing that people were let in 1 or 2 minutes early??? How is any of this fair? And still letting people sit in the queue and not letting anyone know that it’s been sold out? I’ve gotten harder tickets to get than this it’s truly ridiculous. Do better.
