Hey y'all! So, I started using the Tough Love bonding shampoo and conditioner and the pre treatment before that yesterday. my question is, I have clarifying shampoo that I was using it every other day as my normal shampoo as I have oily hair and I decided that I'm going to move to using it once a week and my question is after I use that should I go ahead and wash then with the bonding shampoo or just use the conditioner and skip the shampoo? I just want to make sure I'm doing this right and not overdoing it cuz my hair is pretty damaged
