I bought this eyeshadow in Lagoon. It's subtle in shade and shimmer, so not tacky at all. I tried it both wet and dry. I would say it works best applied with a dry brush.
Will buy again
I like this shadow, because it doesn't irritate my eyelid skin, and the French Vanilla color brings out my lids.
