For max coverage: Use your fingertip and tap shadow directly onto the eyelid. A flat, firm synthetic brush will also work and is perfect for detailed application close to the lash line.
To blend: Use a fluffy synthetic brush with good movement, dip the tip into the shadow and apply with a ''windshield wiper'' movement throughout the crease of the eye for a soft and diffused look.

Beautiful and easy to use, but hit pan WAY TOO FAST
I used Wattles 3 days in a row as a one and done... and hit pan. I love the formula of it and how easy it is to apply, but I almost never hit pan on my eye shadows. To hit pan after using it literally 3 days is awful. I didn't think to check the size of the pots before that and now realize how SMALL...

Awesome shimmer
This is great eyeshadow goes on smoothly and has a glittering shimmer. Not too dark or light.
Unexpected color
I thought this was black. When I swiped with my makeup brush at home it turned out to be like a purple hue. These eyeshadows are not supposed to go alone. They go on top of eyeshadow. You have to have layers of eyeshadow, including the crease of the eye. These need eyeshadow for support. The other colors I got are great and do match the colors.
Love the color. Seems blue of that shade is hard to find.
