A must have
At 63, I began shedding a ton of hair, in the shower and while blow drying. My hair was becoming so thin, I was worried. A trusted friend recommended this product, so out of desperation, I decided to try these. It was slow going but after about 2-3 mths of the daily 4 pills p/day, I began noticing less and less hair fall out. Then by 3-4 mths I was struck that my hair actually was noticeably longer. I also had a bunch of new little hairs sticking up all over my head. It was a miracle, especially from where my journey started. If you're worried about hair lose like I was, then give these a try. But don't give up. In about 3-4 mths, you'll see and feel the improvement. Even my family, friends and hair stylist noticed. They are pricey but they DO work. I admit it's a pain to take 4 p/day but they aren't big and they don't upset my stomach. The only side effect I noticed was actual hair growth (again around the 3-4 mth marker). All you need for healthier stronger hair!

Anxious to see what longevity brings
Gifted by nutrafol.I have been taking these supplements now for about 90 days and have absolutely seen improvement. I didn't want to write any reviews until I had been taking them for awhile. My hair has absolutely gotten more dense especially at the roots. I can feel the difference. Much less fall out as well which is amazing because I used to shed like crazy!!
