A nightmare to remove!
I LOVE the original version of this and expected to feel the same way about the waterproof version. As far as performance goes, I was happy with the results as it gave good definition, length, volume, and wasn't clumpy. But none of that is worth the awful process of removing it. I recently purchased this mascara and I am so happy I did. My top two favorite mascaras are the Lash Paradise and the Sky High mascara from Maybelline. This mascara is the perfect combination. The bristles on the brush are separated similarly to the sky high wand, but it has a similar formula to the Lash Paradise mascara. When I apply line I gently wiggle the brush through my lashes to add more volume. It does take several coats to get the full effect but I have had no issues removing the mascara with coconut oil or a microcellar water.
I will buy this until the day i die.
It leaves your lashes looking so nice and pretty. Theyre lengthened, and it adds some volume to your lashes.

As far as performance goes, I was happy with the results as it gave good definition, length, volume, and wasn't clumpy. But none of that is worth the awful process of removing it. I had to use two different makeup removers, an eye specific liquid one and a cloth one, both intended for waterproof mascara. I had to use so much of the liquid one that it bothered my eye (and was super wasteful) before I could even attempt to use the cloth to further remove it. It required SO MUCH rubbing and was so difficult to remove that I inadvertently pulled out several lashes in the process. My lashes are already sparse and this left chunks of space between them! Stick to the original and avoid the waterproof version unless you enjoy having irritated eyes and losing multiple eyelashes.
