Kenra answered that VOC is determined by state you live in. I live in Florida and I get both....sometimes it's 80% and sometimes 50%. I love the hold of the 80% but my hair is curly and needs "picking" and when I do that with the 80%, it hurts me because of the pulling of the hair even when I try to gently pick it and damages my hair. The 50% doesn't hold as well, but that is what I need to stop the damage. HOW CAN I GUARANTEE WHICH VOC I AM GETTING IF I ORDER FROM YOU? I love Kenra and don't want to give it up, but I must be able to tell what I am ordering when I order it.

You have changed tge formula. Terrible now . After all these years . Time to find a different hairspray
Something changed
This use to be my favorite hairspray and I had used it for years. The last time I bought it, there was a different smell, very overpowering. I could have gotten past the smell but the hold was just not there like it use to be. It was like I hadn't used any spray at all. So disappointing. I returned it and continue on the hunt for a good replacement.

I have used this hairspray for years, but recently something has changed. I have very fine hair and this always provided good hold without making my hair hard or sticky. Now it's basically just smelly air. It has ZERO hold!
