The Redken website states this is sulfate free. However when this question was previously asked on this forum the answer was No it is not sulfate free.

Is this shampoo good for oily hair? I have oily roots that get oily in 2-3 days from wash day and dry, brittle ends. Would this shampoo work for my hair type and reduce my wash days and help with my brittle ends? If not, what redken shampoo is reccomended? Thank you!

Hair Type Very Curly Hair
I had a lot of hope for this shampoo and conditioner when I bought them, but they have not lived up to my expectations. The shampoo and conditioner are not volumizing! I bought the jumbos and used them for more than a month, but my hair remained flat and limp. Even worse, my hair was so dry and tangled. I also find the smell of to be overwhelming and artificial. I'm a fan of other Redken products, but this line was not great. Also, my hair is between wavy and curly, but the options were only "Wavy Hair" or "Very Curly Hair" without an intermediate.
does what it claims to do!
i've only used this a few times but i absolutely love the results im getting. it gives a good amount of volume (nothing too crazy), delivers a nice shine and incredibly soft hair. it is a bit on the pricer side, but i love this a lot and i don't have anything bad to say about it. only 4 stars because i wish it gave a little more volume for my liking, but other than that everything is amazing and i absolutely recommend! i'll get the shampoo as well!

CONDITIONER??? WHERE?
It seemed to condition in the shower but trying to get a brush thru my hair after was almost impossible! I had the hardest time trying to brush my wet hair to get all the knots and tangels out. The only positive thing was that my hair was soft AFTER i blow dryed it and it was dry. Not sure how thats gonna help me when i wont have any hair left on my head after a week of using this.
