Caused a rash!
I'm going to keep writing my review of this to warn others and to make sure Ulta posts this - to those with sensitive skin- this is very irritating. Amazing
I love this serum so much. It leaves my dry, combo, sensitive skin so hydrated and supple. I've been using it now for about a year everyday. Under moisturizer or even alone during the hot summer days.
Rash
Like others, my face tolerated this perfectly well initially. After a few days i developed a terrible rash - perioral dermatitis as per my derm. I have ceased using anythjng and its days later and it has not cleared. This is rhe only item i added to my routine and i am so upset. I previously have used vit c from skinceuticaks and the ordinary with no issue. I am waiting on a prescription to help clear the rash.
Sensitive skin friendly
Wonderful for sensitive skin and rosacea. I was using medical grade skincare and it destroyed my skin and was ineffective. This serum, along with the vanicream daily moisturizing cream, repaired my skin barrier and my skin looks 100% better and its a third of the price!
I was able to use this daily without irritation!
i have sensitive, rosacea and acne prone skin. i am also very oily at this time. this was a great vitamin C treatment to try out and i have been able to incorporate this daily. i have repurchased 3x so far. all summer this was my favorite combo: vanicream vitamin c + cerave gel moisturizer + hero cosmetics force shield spf. it made my sensitive, skin happy all summer. I'm going to keep it going the rest of the year.
