Use after your moisturizer, but before your face primer. Apply a small amount onto your finger or use directly onto your under eye area where you apply concealer. Using your fourth finger, gently dab product in until soaked into skin.

I had what seems like a very different experience from the other reviews, which was a bummer— from them I was expecting to have a nice bb-cream-esque alternative to a full concealer, but it really doesn't do much of anything. Just discovered this product as part of the free gift bundle and I'm thrilled. Really helps smooth out the fine lines and apply concealer easily. I've been looking for an excellent primer at a reasonable price and this one is perfect. It's as good if not better than higher end brands. Will definitely continue purchasing this product.

This under eye primer has quickly become an every day staple for me. I am 56 and take good care of my skin. The under eye area is so delicate and needs good support. This product provides a nice cushion between moisturizer and makeup. Thank you Ulta.

I absolutely love this. Really brightens under my eyes which are normally a bit purplish. It does not last me very long so i have to kind of stock up but its cheap so thats okay.
