Is this the same brush head as RT 400, just with a different handle? Or if they are different, what's the difference between the two? From their pictures, I see that the shape of the two heads are completely different -- this one being more elongated in a sense, less fluffed out. However, in the demonstration video, this one also seems to fluff out with use, hence this question.

- Q
Is the Blush brush considered a duo fiber brush? The Colourpop super shock blush has a unique crème powder formula so i wonder if this is a good tool to use for that and of course any cream or powder blush?
- Asked by Alexis
- Official Answer By Real Techniques - Brand EngageHi - yes, it is considered duo fiber and the cut and contour of the bristles would likely lend itself well to that kind of creme/powder formula. It's one of the things that is so awesome about these brushes and the bristle-type - they seem to work well with so many types of product! Was this answer helpful to you

- Q
can this product be used for highlighting
- Asked by k
- Verified Reply - Brand ExpertHi K, Great question! I think this brush may have a brush head that is just a bit too big and fluffy for highlighting. There are a couple of options here: 1) The Real Techniques setting brush - this is such an amazing multitasking brush, but the smallish brush head gives you more precise definition and application. It's found here: http://www.ulta.com/setting-brush?productId=xlsImpprod4260019&sku=2244504&_requestid=3729022 2) The other option is a brush set from our sister brand, EcoTools, that is MADE for defining and highlighting. As a matter of fact, that's the name of the set: it's the Define & Highlight Duo, found here: http://www.ulta.com/define-highlight-duo?productId=xlsImpprod15361227 This one I love because it comes with the most amazing fan brush. 3) There is a Real Techniques set that has a fan brush, and this set is one of our must-haves - it's the Sculpting Set and it's found here: http://www.ulta.com/sculpting-set?productId=xlsImpprod15361253&sku=2501485&_requestid=3732625 Hope that helps - all of these would be perfect for highlighting. Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
I was wondering if this would be okay to highlight
- Asked by Ari
- Verified Reply - Brand ExpertHi Ari, This is a good brush for highlighting if you'd like a less-defined highlight. I love the tapers for that. If you are looking for a more precise highlight, the Sculpting Set is amazing and has a wonderful Fan brush. You can find that set here: http://www.ulta.com/sculpting-set?productId=xlsImpprod15361253. Another great brush for highlighting is our Setting Brush - it's a much smaller version of the Blush Brush, found here: http://www.ulta.com/setting-brush?productId=xlsImpprod4260019 Thanks! Thanks! Hope thatWas this answer helpful to you
- Q
Hello, I have dry skin so I was wondering which brush would be better to apply my powder with. The blush brush or the powder brush?
- Asked by Beauty buzz
- Verified Reply - Brand ExpertHi Beauty Buzz, Fortunately, both of these brushes are made from synthetic, hypo-allergenic fibers and are some of our softest bristles, so I don't think you should have any issues like you might with bristles made from animal/natural fibers. The powder brush has slightly more bristles and a wider head & dispersment (since it doesn't have to be as focused of an application as blush), so you may find that one works best. Hope that helps. Thanks. Was this answer helpful to you

blush brush
LOVE love love this blush brush! Super soft and dense so it holds onto the product really well. Glides product onto skin beautifully. The handle gives it a very sleek look and I adjusted easily to use it. I've owned it for a few months and I use it everyday. Cleans nicely, dries quickly, and no bri...

PLUSH BLUSH BRUSH
I bought this brush because I love Sam from PixiWoo and believe she would design a great brush. Well, this brush is a nice one, but it just does not work well as blush brush. The bristles are too fluffy and big -- cover too much area. I do like it to lay an allover shimmer blush to my face And also...

Works
It puts the blush on the face without having to dig into the blush or worrying about uneven application. No issues.
Not good
Y'all, why are you rating this brush so highly? It does not work for applying blush
I would purchase again
Nice and soft
Not great for blush
Brush is too big and bristles are not packed close enough together. Does not make for a great blush application.
Too big, too soft
It's way too big for the cheek part and doesn't pick up the product well. I will return this brush.
