Why does the conditioner change to conditioning balm for the liter size? I would like to purchase the liter because I use the regular sized Ultra Hydrasource conditioner in my coily hair everyday, and concerned the balm might be too heavy? Are the regular and liter size the same?

The formula in the 13.5 fl oz and 33. fl oz bottles are the same. The liter size on this listing shows the previous packaging where it was called "Conditioning Balm" however, with the packaging change, we updated the name to conditioner as it describes the product more appropriately. Hair fall/thinning
I have used this line for 10+ years and loved it. Don't know what they've done to the formula, but now it dries out my hair, makes it brittle and has thinned out quite a bit. It also causes extreme scalp itching. I switched shampoos and the itching stopped. I am very disappointed, its hard to find something that works.
The packaging has its issues
Ive using this brand for years! Ive loved if. However, do not buy the jumbo sizes. Ive had 3 jumbo bottles in a row break halfway through using. I had to put the conditioner in tupperware containers so I didnt lose the expensive product
Best Conditioner to get soft hair
I have thick wavy hair thats been dyed and processed(bleached), so the ends of my hair are very dry and frizzy. I've tried many conditioners, different brand and prices, and this is the BEST. This leaves my hair smooth and super soft every single time. I air dry my hair. I dont even need to use a serum or leave-in conditioner. Worth every penny. Hope this never gets discontinued.
Soft and Hydrated
I typically use the redken soft shampoo and conditioner. Since i ran out of it i wanted to try something new with extra moisture since this winter has dried my hair. I tried this whole line and it has left my hair soft and hydrated. I have thick and long wavy hair. I read all the reviews and i was frightens by some of the reviews. Im here to say that my experience was a good one. Dont use too much of the conditoner only need a bit.
