Draw a line, following your natural lash line, starting from the inner corner of the eye and working outwards. For a winged eyeliner, look, continue the line outwards past the outer edge of the eye on an upward angle. For best performance, apply before eyeshadow on eyelids to avoid powder product mixing with the applicator tip. If the tip comes into contact with powders, clean it by wiping it on a tissue.
