Consider the condition of your hair

First and foremost. Not every product will work for every hair type. Products work differently for low and high porosity hair. Also, if your hair isn't healthy, chemically damaged, over processed, or hasn't had a trim in a very long time consider the state of your hair before bashing the product bc ...

Medium Conditioner and Leave in

So, I've had time to sit with these two products and I'm just not a fan. The medium conditioner is too thick for my fine hair and has virtually no slip until it's rinsed out a bit. The condition leaves a weird film on my hair that I'm not used to and I can really feel it once I'm out the shower and ...

this is a moisturizing conditioner that has pliable slip! the most water you add, the more you activate the slip and moisture. it's a lovely conditioning experience.

Very nice conditioner with a light scent. It helps my curls to be bouncy and juicy. When applied with water a little goes a long way. Yes I will be repurchasing.

Maybe it was my fault for not reading who its recommended for (3b-4b) and buying and using it on a whim. I have fine/medium low porosity hair & my hair came out in a clump & it feels heavy on it.

more slip than heavy conditioner

i find this conditioner to be a staple for my coarse tight coils vs the heavy conditioner. the slippage in this product is incredible and it gets better when you add water after you apply the conditioner to your hair. the heavy was just too thick for me. so thick, the pump barely pushed any product out. i think the heavy conditioner could use more work.
