Apply the mascara by loading the texture at the base of the lashes in the outer corner of the eye using the tip of the Famous mascara brush to create intense volume.
For added definition, push the texture into the roots of the lashes.
Using the side of the hourglass brush, spread the texture from the base to the tip of the lashes.
Lastly, gently press on the tip of the lashes for a few seconds to accentuate the curve.

I would say this mascara is similar to maybeline. It didn't give a ton of volume but extended the length a little bit. This mascara is okay. It's certainly not as good as other brands I've tried but it does highlight my eyelashes in a nice way. The travel size is really nice for on the go or if you're traveling.

I liked this mascara because it is a deep black color. I like how the wand gets every lash. I liked that my lashes didn't get stuck together. I like that it didn't feel heavy on the lashes.
