Take a deep breath and become present. Apply to wet hair, working into strands from roots to ends. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with any Hairbath and Conditioner. Is this product good for removing chlorine from swimmers' hair?

It is gentle enough to use weekly. If you are a swimmer - I would also use something prior to getting in the pool like Sweet Spirit Leave In Conditoner from roots to ends.
