It says to apply to clean skin. Does that mean apply to clean skin prior to any lotions or serums? Can I layer with lotions or serums on top of this? Is it meant to be used as the first layer? Thanks.

Honestly, I thought it might be too heavy to use for the summer. But I've been using this every night for the past week and it doesn't feel heavy greasy or sticky. I love how it's lightly scented and not overpowering. I do see a slight difference in my neck. Wrinkles will continue to use daily.

I've been using the StriVectin TL Advanced Tightening Neck Cream Plus for a few weeks and I can already notice some improvement in the firmness and texture of my neck area. The cream is rich but absorbs well without feeling greasy. My skin feels smoother and looks a bit more lifted. I'm giving it 4 stars because while it does seem to tighten over time, the results are gradual and not dramatic. Still, it's one of the better neck creams I've tried and I'll keep using it.
