this is hands down the BEST facial tanner I've ever tried. the people reviewing this line negatively are people that didn't get their correct shade. I used magenta, and it gave me the most beautiful glow! I took the quiz on bondi sands website and they said my color was magenta. I bought both the face and body self tanners and I am completely blown away with my results- and I self tan A LOT! the best part is that I have very acne prone skin, and this didn't break me out at all. I only used it once, slept with it on, and woke up to a gorgeous, sun kissed glow on my face. absolutely obsessed. if you tried this line and didn't like your results, return it and try a different shade. Magenta is gorgeous on my skin tone. PLEASE don't let the negative reviews cancel this line. it's AMAZING!

This serum works really well. It offers different undertones, is smooth/lightweight on my skin, and doesn't break me out. There are many poor reviews because people say there is no color, but they all used saphire which is the most subtle shade. I use magenta and girl I'm nice and tan, but not orange. It also depends on how much you use so it is customizable. Lastley, there is no awful tan smell. I think it is really good!

Been using these for a while, the only tanner I will ever put on my face again. I've used 3 different shades (depending on what self tanner I use) and they all work well. they give a nice color and make my skin feel soft without clogging and seeping into my nose pores like the tanner foams do. I feel like the color doesn't last super long but still worth it.

People who are dragging this product have to be using it incorrectly or haven't figured out how to make it work for them. It gives me a really lovely, warm natural glow--it's not a superdeep bronze because this product isn't intended to do that; the whole reason why it offers multiple shades is because it does not give a one-shade-fits-all "dark" look--it gives you a back-from-vacation, suntanned warmth. "Super-dark" is just the wrong outcome to expect with this product (if that's what you're looking for, go get some LovingTan). The Technocolor Face Serum is for self-tanners who want a goof-proof face product. I do think it's made with that kind of person in mind--someone who's scared they're going to turn orange--because I did need to apply this product twice to see a dramatic result. When I applied it the first time (to COMPLETELY clean, bare skin as instructed!), I didn't see much difference; I washed my face for the night and reapplied it, and when I woke up the next morning my face was GORGEOUS. Highly recommend. I have fair-light skin that tans pretty easily, and I got the emerald and it looks great--noticeably tan, but not at all orange. I think the sapphire would go a little ashy on me, and I think I could use the magenta without issue.
