Amazing!
I have thick fluffy hair and I have to use mousse or straighten it to keep it manageable but after using this shampoo and other Paul Mitchell smoothening products my hair is shiny and soft and super manageable!

Not what I expected
Not only does this shampoo leave my hair greasy and limp, but it doesn't even help with the frizz! I thought I was using too much of the serum or not rinsing my hair enough, but just one day using a shampoo other than this one put my hair back to normal. I have been using this shampoo forever (guessing 10 years?!) It was literally PERFECT in every way - I have finer hair. It cleaned well, and smelled AMAZING! Used to get compliments on the scent all the time and numerous family & friends starting using too! But the recent formula update changed all that. It leaves my hair greasy, fuzzy, and flat. I couldn't even make it through 1/2 bottle. I had to use a clarifying shampoo to remove the oily buildup. Terrible. Please please please bring back the previous formula! I totally appreciate & understand the packaging change, but as far as the formula goes - why mess with perfection?!

As such, so far, my hair seems to be somewhat tamer, but noticed that after a day, my hair is lacking in curl shape. While I do want to better handle the frizz, I didn't expect to lose the body of my curls altogether.

I am SO excited about this new formula! My scalp which is usually easily irritated, is completely calm and clear and my hair is so soft. I love the new ingredients and can't wait to try all the other new products!
