Gave me breakout on lids/ red bumps - had to throw out
I used this once, and woke up with red painful hives and bumps on my eyelids. I saw in the reviews afterwards that this has happened to other people. There is an ingredient that is causing this. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Definitely helps the eyeshadow to stay in place
As good as more expensive brands
I've used many of the $28 eye primers before I tried Milani. It works just as well. It is important with all eye primers that you let them dry for a full minute before applying your shadow powder.

I have been using this product for a while now and I simply love it. I have very very greasy eyelids so basically there wasn't a primer that can actually do the job. Everything changed in 2022 when I bought this primer. Thanks Milani!
