Use a body oil or serum that provides a lot of slip, like Sacheu's Slick Skin Gua Sha Serum! For lymphatic drainage, start from the center of the chest and move the gua sha towards the heart. For the back and larger areas, start from the bottom and move in an upwards direction. For extra pressure, use the smaller ridges and divots on acupressure points. Use 2-3x a week.

I really love the brown lip liner! You apply and let it sit for atleast 10 minutes and it'll peel off when it's ready. The liner in so long lasting. The only thing I don't like is it dries my lips out so I have to use a lot of Vaseline. Overall this is an awesome product!
