It has a very smooth application. I definitely felt the hydration around my eyes. The easy stick makes it even easier for application. I do recommend this on a daily use.
Cooling eye balm
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I've been loving the Tula 'Spresso Energizing Eye Balm! It feels so cooling and refreshing when I put it on, especially in the morning. It gives my under eyes a nice little glow and really helps me look more awake! Super easy to throw in my purse for touch-ups during the day too.

The Tula Espresso Energizing Eye Balm is amazing! It instantly refreshes my under-eyes, reduces puffiness, and gives me a nice boost of energy in the mornings! I feel like the product does make my eye look brighter and more awake in the morning! I like the cooling feel to my eyes!
Best I've tried
I have never had an under eye balm that worked. This cools my skin and immediately depuffs while lessening the darkness. It's smooth and light weight, and the ingredients don't irritate my sensitive skin. It's a 10/10
