I LOVE hair products and have probably tried almost every salon brand hair product ever made! My daughter and I tried the smoothing shampoo and conditioner. First of all, I have very fine hair and it does not hold a style well at all. I need to use conditioner, but find that they all seem too heavy....

Off-putting smell
This worked great as a cleansing shampoo (better than most that are actually labeled as clarifying), and my hair did feel softer, like a salon quality shampoo, but I honestly wouldn't say it made any difference smoothing my hair. I've used it with and without styling my hair and I've seen no differe...

I like it
Giving this 4 stars because it cleans well (I always double shampoo), I like the scent, and it keeps my hair soft. However, my hair is a little flat after using so if you struggle with volume use a different shampoo
Hair loss after 2 months
I liked this shampoo and conditioner at first and the smell was great! My hair was detangled and soft. After a few weeks I noticed my hair was shedding like crazy in the shower. It was even noticeable when I brushed beforehand. This was beyond the small amount you'd expect...I was losing clumps! I have never experienced this before and was really disappointed since the price was great and everything else was great...I just don't like my hair falling out. Buyer beware! I will never purchase this brand again.

It actually does what it says it will! After the first wash my hair was smoother and shinier. I have really think hair so not a lot of shampoos actually work for me. I also used to conditioner that goes with it.

I love that the product rinses clean and doesnt leave my hair weighted down. not the biggest fan of the unisex scent but it wasnt unpleasant, just not quite my usual scent profile. my hair definitely is smoother and softer after use and i might add this to my usual routine.
