This lotion in combination with the clearing body wash is what I think finally cleared my psoriasis. I just wanted to try it to see if it would stop my psoriasis from flaking but it even went as far as to clear it ! So now I try to always have a bottle at home. I even have smooth soft elbows for like the first time ever!
