Love the aesthetic but there is some serious design flaw with the clamp, spring and the outside rose gold part. The clamp is way too strong and somehow my hair gets stuck by the spring inside/the rose gold part on the outside. This curler constantly tears out single strands or even worse I've had to...

finally upgraded from my 20$ conair iron that pulled out so many of my hairs... this curler works so well, heats up quickly and evenly, has a longer barrel, doesn't pull my hair and created beautiful curls! the only cons i have is that the clamper leaves dents at the top of my hair and the curls don't last long.

Great product. I can create curls you would get a salon easily. Glides through my hair nicely and it doesn't snag my hair in the chamber. The only reason I gave this four stars is because you can't tell what temperature the curler is on.
