The Best Eyeliner Ever
The best eyeliner I have ever used. My eyes get irritated easily, and this eyeliner does not irritate my eyes at all. It lasts and lasts and does not run or smudge. I hope that tarte never discontinues this gem.

Was headed to buy Urban Decay Inner Rim liner, when the gal at Ulta, told me she really liked Tart's Sex Kitten. So instead of just buying what I came there for, I caved and bought the Tart liner. I wanted liner specifically for the eye inner rim. It goes on nice and looks good...nice deep black ...

I buy this liner because I have watery eyes and touch my eyes a lot but I don't like waterproof liner. This is usually the liner that works for me. I just bought a new one because I was out and it is smudging and coming off easily.
Did not disappoint
Tarte remains my favorite brand. This eye pencil is soft and high quality. It's hard for me to find eye pencil that I like. But I found it.
Not for sensitive eyes

This was recommended to me from an employee as being very clean and good for sensitive eyes. It didn't work for me. I broke out from it that day. I did like how easily it applied, but it was waterproof which I wasn't really wanting. Seemed like it could be a good product, just not for me.
Irritated my eyes
This product went on really smoothly, and I liked the packaging. The downside for me was that it made my eyes really itchy and burned when i wore it for a couple of hours.
