Most Helpful Positive Review Not what I was expecting, but does the job So this product is a 2-in-1 with one compartment holding the lip scrub and the other compartment holding the lip balm.
The texture of the scrub is much, much thicker than I was expecting. It honestly reminds me of packed wet sand. In fact, the oils used in the scrub are so thick that once you apply the scrub, it is somewhat difficult to get it off. The issue with removing the scrub is that I want to leave the nice moisturizing oils behind while removing the exfoliating beads. However, at this point I've just resorted to using soap and water to get the scrub off which of course defeats the point of applying all those nice moisturizing oils. While the scrub is technically edible it does NOT taste nice. Also, the exfoliating beads were very, very fine which isn't an issue for me as they still work well at removing dead skin but if you are looking for something with thicker exfoliating beads like a body scrub, this lip scrub is probably not for you.
The lip balm is nice. I would compare the texture to that of a thicker Vaseline. I tried using it as an overnight balm but by the time I woke up in the morning my lips were bone dry. To be fair to the product though, I do have very dry skin.
This is definitely a product that would need to be used every other day if not everyday to see a noticeable difference. However, despite all of these qualities listed above, I have noticed an improvement in my lips in both their texture and moisture. Previous to using this lip scrub I was just applying Burt's Bees lip balm before bed and throughout the day.
Most Helpful Critical Review Nothing special So let me start off my saying for whatever reason my lips have been severely DRY. I'm talking irritation and sometimes even itchiness around my lips (allergies maybe?). Anyway, so I was looking for a scrub and balm that would help and I saw this and decided to try it. I've been using it for a few weeks now every night and sometimes day and it doesn't do anything for my severely dry lips. It does have a nice tropical fruity scent in the pot but you can't smell it once you apply it. I personally prefer a more thicker scrub but this one is so fine so it doesn't really take off any flaking skin for me, I have to use a lot of product for it to even do the slightest work.

I made a trip in the store specifically for this product and I am so glad I did. All other products like this that I try, leave my lips sticky after while and still dry and cracked. This one does not. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I was hoping for a tad bit more flavor. Overall great product and I will certainly buy it again when needed!

so I have sensitive skin on my lips and I've tried so many products where I would get bad reactions, this was sadly one of those products. the scrub wasn't bad (top part) it made my lips soft but the bottom part is what i had an allergic reaction.

I love this product! To be honest, I've tried a million scrubs and none of them work quite like this one.
Leaves my lips super hydrated and pillow soft!
Love that the scrub isn't too harsh, it does the job perfectly without being abrasive!!
nice balm, not a good scrub 3
Adorned from Earth
the balm is in their standard formula, which is great. the scrub, however, is not abrasive at all and kind of pointless.
Good for my sensitive skin! 5
Brittany from NY
Really great for chapped/dry exfoliation, or just regular maintenance. The balm is not very long lasting, but it is very nourishing. It just absorbs quickly, it does not stay on top of your lips like a Chapstick if that's what you were expecting.
best scrub and balm 5

i'm obsessed this product works so well, i now use it every night!
It's ok 2
Val from Los Angeles
I initially had a reaction when I first tried it but it was because my skin was sensitive from using tretenoin, so I don't recommended to use until your skin has adjusted.
The scrub works fine but the balm could be better, I'd stick to aquaphor or burts bees which have a better balm.
Average scrub 2

I had high hopes for this product. The scrub barely gets any dead skin off your lips. The mask is decent if you use a lot of it, especially overnight. I don't find this product helpful for exfoliating or hydrating, I wouldn't purchase it again

The soothing balm isn't anything special and the lip scrub could be more abrasive. Better off being the elf lip scrub l.
Lips are in pain 1

Worst product I've ever purchased. It doesn't scrub your lips well. The balm works for two seconds. Mind you I'm not a person who normally needs balm or chap. I bought it for a cold vacation. My lips are in pain from the cold weather because the lip balm disappears two seconds after applied. Wouldn't recommend but everyone is different.

I love this product so much! It's so much better than the Elf lip exfoliant which I used most recently. That product crumbled up, but this one applies like a nice paste and I don't even have to wash it off. The balm is so nourishing as well. The 2 in 1 packaging is convenient. I've been choosing this product for nighttime over my Laniege lip mask, which was more expensive.!
I would buy this product again 5

Used this at night only once and my lips were repaired by morning. I love this product and it was affordable and convenient to store.
Can't even tell which one is the scrub 3

I love the balm, but the scrub isn't anything special. The scrub is dry and rough, and sometimes won't stick to your lips. The balm is great though, it's smooth.
Must have 5

Not only is the price point great! It's a two in one product and both are actually really good. I love the scrub since it's not super grainy or rough on the lips but it still exfoliates and the nourishing part really does what it says and feels really good on!
This is helping my chronic, severely dry, cracked lips 5
UTBluehen from Texas
I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! Using as the associate in the store who recommended the product to me: Scrub once or maybe 2x a week, use balm anytime needed. I try to keep a layer of the balm on almost constantly, especially in the winter. A little of each goes a long way for both the Scrub and the Balm, and they both do a great job of moisturizing my lips! Another commenter spoke of not being able to get the Scrub off easily but I find using warm water and my fingers to lightly rinse the sugar away leaves the oils to keep saturating that skin. Besides the sugar, I haven't paid much attention to the scent or taste but nothing unpleasant that I've experienced. I will replace this once it's gone but after a month of somewhat regular use, it might be a little while before I have to replace.

Not a runny lip scrub. 5
CZA from Chicago
I prefer that the lip scrub isn't too gritty or runny like others that I've tried, like Sara happ or lush. I suggest you warm up the scrub between your fingers for a second and then scrub your lips. Love the original balm. It's awesome for the winter weather in the city or after the beach. I've worn the balm after being in the sun and slopes in which I've used lip care with spf. Give it a try. Best part about Ulta is that you can return before 60 days.
Disappointed 2
Dawn from Phoenix, Az
The scrub was OK but I actually felt the balm left my lips feeling more dry soon after I used it, which was a surprise
Great product for an excellent price 4
Dre from San Diego CA
I like to use this product in order, scrub first untill the sugar granules dissolve and then use the balm in the bottom pot. This product surprised me and worked way better than I had expected! It's smells fruity and you can also use it as a cuticle butter or on dry patches.

Love how soft my lips feel 5

I use it at least every other day before going to bed. Takes only a minute. Worth the purchase.
Magazine recommended, but I wouldn't 2
Bananas from IA
I saw this recommended in a magazine as I needed a lip scrub, it has lip balm attached and was on sale - I thought, win win!
I was excited to use it but was quickly disappointed as the "scrub" was really oily and doesn't scrub off the dead skin at all. The balm is also very thick and oily, you definitely don't need much that's for sure. Quite sad about this purchase.
Nourish is soo good! 5
Dafne from Nevada
The nourish feels soo soft, moisturizing, and really amazing on my lips!! The texture is so perfect, I've never felt anything like this.
The lip scrub left my lips looking really moisturized and glossy. The most amazing product I've ever tried. Definitely buying this again!
