Doesn't clean hair well
I tried this to combat my dry, flakey scalp. It unfortunately just didn't clean my scalp well, even when I double shampooed with it. Even tho I don't have an oily scap, the oily scalp version followed by Head and Shoulders dry scalp shampoo works loads better.
thinned hair
i really wanted to like this because ive always had problems with a dry and flaky scalp. ive used olaplex the past 4 years and its the only thing that has helped, made my hair thicker, etc but i just was bored and wanted to try something new. this shampoo after maybe 2-3 uses made my hair thin so bad i literally look like i have the beginnings of a receding hair line. im really sad and just terrified to use any of the brand's product now bc i look freakin bald.

In the last couple of years, I noticed that my scalp needs attention. The products were building up and needed some balancing cleanse. This shampoo is great for the hair but also very gentle and not drying the scalp to keep it healthy and buildup free.
