Hello, Thank you for your question! Kristin Ess Hair Scalp Purifying Micellar Shampoo is a more gentle cleanse than using a clarifying shampoo. Shampoo with great looking packaging

I bought this product 3 weeks ago mainly based off of its packaging. It's color looked so rich and elegant it caught my eye. It also wasn't great looking in a small bottle. That's a huge win for me. Most products that take their time making the outside look so awesome they only do little bottles. Wh...

Kristin Ess Hair - Micellar Shampoo

The shampoo has a thick consistency but lathers really great. You only need a small amount. I used this shampoo twice to really get the oiliness out of my hair. Normally, I wash my hair after 2-3 days so you can imagien how oily my hair by day 3. Now it works great because after my hair is air dried...

Wonderful for getting through thick hair!

Hair Type Wavy Hair

While most shampoos sit on the top of my hair, dry out the upper strands and struggle to penetrate to the roots, this applicator gets to the product to roots where it gently cleans without irritation. Love it!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Staple product for me

I have 3A curly hair past my tailbone, a sometimes sensitive scalp, and wash my hair once a week. This is the best balance of gentle and effective- my scalp is happier, my hair isn't damaged, and I will keep rebuying this unless it gets discontinued! Only thing as others have noted is packaging- i like the tip as it makes it easier to distribute on my scalp, but not as convenient as a pump if that is a big deal for you. If the first wash doesn't lather, i go in with a little bit more for a second wash.
