Hi. I recently purchased this toner influencer recommended (Nikki LaRose) & love that it has no fragrance.-Thank you! However, every serum I use afterwards peels. Any suggestions? Thank you, Liz

- Official Answer By Anua - Brand EngageThank you so much for your kind words — we’re thrilled to hear you’re enjoying the Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner, and we truly appreciate your support! Regarding the pilling issue, it could be due to layering textures that don’t fully absorb or interact well together. Here are a few tips that may help: • Apply in thinner layers: Use a small amount of each product and let the toner fully absorb before applying your serum. • Check formulation types: Silicone-based products layered on top of each other often cause pilling. You may want to check if your serum contains silicones (like dimethicone). • Try patting instead of rubbing: Gently patting your serum in, rather than rubbing, may minimize friction and reduce pilling. We hope this helps improve your experience! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any additional questions—we’re happy to help! Was this answer helpful to you

Hi, I currently skin flood with my Glow Milky Toner. It's the first toner I use. I'm soon grabbing the Soothing Toner, and I want to know which toner has a thinner consistency so that I'm applying them correctly. Please let me know which one would be better applied first and which would be better to follow up with.
- Asked by Kavana
- Official Answer By Anua - Brand EngageThank you for reaching out and for your interest in our products! Between the two, the Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner has a thinner consistency compared to the Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner, which has a more emulsion-like, hydrating texture. If you choose to layer them, we would generally recommend applying the thinner Soothing Toner first, followed by the Glow Milky Toner. However, please note that using both toners in a single routine is not necessary, as each is formulated to deliver optimal benefits on its own. You may choose based on your skin’s current needs — for example, use the Soothing Toner for calming and balancing, and the Glow Milky Toner for hydration and radiance. We hope this helps, and feel free to reach out if you need personalized recommendations! Was this answer helpful to you

- Q
Should this be applied before or after other serums like hyloranic acid for example
- Asked by Jackie
- Official Answer By Anua - Brand EngageThank you for your question! The ANUA Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner has a lightweight, watery texture, so it should be applied before any serums like hyaluronic acid. This helps prepare your skin to better absorb the products that follow. Let us know if you have any other questions — we’re happy to help! Was this answer helpful to you

It does plump up my skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion] Being 71% Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Water, Anua Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner has the familiar, slightly weighted viscosity of the clouded water after rinsing rice a few times. It is water weight with a bit of slip. There is no smell, even of rice. Ot...

Try it out, it may work for your skin type
I do wish was on the packaging, it had more directions, it simply just says "apply an appropriate amount to the skin." How often should I be doing it? Once, twice a day, week? I don't know. Is it better at night, day? Can it be applied on other areas other than my face? Is it safe near the eyes? Doe...

Makes my skin silky soft with a glow
This is my first time trying this and would buy it again.
Milky toner dream !
This is a thin, milky toner dream! Soothing and simple. I use this as my 1st toner of 3 at night and the only in AM. Love! Great price for the amt you get as well. Would totally repurchase.
Absolutely love this!!! Love the glow!
This doesnt have a scent, its very milky and thin. It does leave behind a very rich finish. It doesnt break me out, it doesnt irritat my eyes and a little really hydrates. Products sit well on top and this works well if you layer it. I have used this for a week and my skin is evening out and definitely looks more glowy and healthy.
Clogs pores/ not safe for sensitive skin!
Not safe for sensitive skin! If your acne prone it will cause tiny bumps and clog a lot of your pores like mine :(
