Lancôme Renergie C.R.x Triple Serum Retinol

One of the first things I noticed was how lightweight the bottle is and how comfortable it feels to hold—something I didn't expect to appreciate as much as I do. The pump design is very user-friendly; two pumps provide the perfect amount for each use, making it easy to stick to a consistent routine. A unique feature I love is how the product dispenses—three separate formulas come out simultaneously, and you mix them together before applying. It's a light formula with a pleasant scent, and it spreads smoothly over the skin. There is a slightly sticky feeling after application which is why I prefer using it in the evenings. I was a bit disappointed to learn it shouldn't be applied around the eye area, as that's where most of my fine lines are. Still, I was pleasantly surprised that, despite it being a retinol product, I didn't experience any irritation or sensitivity, which has happened to me with other similar products in the past. Was hoping to reduce the fine lines around my eyes. The bottle is pretty and the pump system works perfect to dispense the right amount. I shook the bottle and used two pumps for my face and neck. I had a little left over which I put onto the back of my hands. It's a creamy serum, combining three different serums in each pump. I mixed the three together and then applied. It has a pleasant light herbal fragrance, and surprisingly did not leave my face red or irritated, as other retinol products have done. It does stay a bit tacky on the skin until absorbed, but then left my skin soft and smooth. I used at night on freshly cleansed skin. I did not use any products over this serum to give it a fair review. It took five days for me to notice any difference between the texture of my skin and the fine lines around the eyes. After that I could see a subtle change happening. My concealer and foundation went on smoother, stayed on longer and I was able to use less. I was surprised at the gentleness of this product. It did t totally get rid of my crows feet but made an improvement. I will continue to use.
