I have used this product for years and loved it until it was changed. The price has increased so much, and with it breaking so easily, I now longer feel like it is worth the price. I love the Soft Brown color because it matches my brows perfectly and fills in the ends of my sparse browns. Looking for a new product.
Previous Product was Better, Bring Back Soft Blonde

As other reviews state, previous product that I used for over 10 years, was much better than the current product. If not going to change back, at least bring back soft blonde. The lightest shade is sandy blonde, which is much darker than soft blonde (which was darker than my eyebrows); the sandy blonde is just too dark to be the lightest shade available

I have used the previous version of this pencil, Superfine Liner, for years, and it was my favorite brow pencil. The new version is awful! It's too thick and you can't make really fine strokes anymore. I can't believe they replaced the previous one with this! Listen to your customers Clinique! See all the other reviews that are the same as mine! Bring back the Superfine Liner for Brows! It was the perfect color for me and the perfect pencil. I am soooooo disappointed in you.

Very disappointed in the newer version of this brow liner. Half the size of previous version. You have to use twice as much. Will not buy again.
