I have been taking this for a little over a week. Right before my cycle started. I notice that my mood wasn't bad bad. I didn't have any hot Cheetos cravings. I haven't had any cramps while on my cycle. I read the reviews on the taste. I do fix it with a little water and it's definitely okay…. I mean If anyone can take any kind of Tequila shot you can definitely take this. lol no complaints AT ALL!
