Apply generously and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours, after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating or immediately after towel drying.
Precautions: For external use only. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Stop use and ask a doctor if rash occurs. When using this product keep out of eyes. Rinse with water to remove. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

I love this sunscreen and love that it comes in this big jug. I don't understand why all other brands only have small sizes when we are suppose to use a good amt daily. I love that there is nonwhite cast. It blends into my skin and although it's pricey I do t have to buy sunscreen every other week now.
