Recommended for use on wet hair only.
Use in the shower to detangle with conditioner in your hair. Section wet hair and use Flexi Brush to gently work conditioner through your hair starting at the ends and working up towards the roots.

Wow!
I'm an afro textured natural, mix of 3c, 4a and some 4b. I've been rocking my afro since 2010. I've used all kinds of detangling tools. My usual go-tos are a wide tooth shower comb or the tangle teaser for coarse hair. However, the last time I went into Ulta, they had this on sale. So I figured why not try it. Interestingly enough, this does not work for me on dry hair. It snags. BUT IT SHINES WHEN MY HAIR IS SOAKING WET! On wash day, while in the shower, I wash my hair in sections and add conditioner. The brush glides, literally glides, through my hair! My detangling sessions have been cut in half! I couldn't believe it! And I don't lose too much hair anymore! Definitely give it a try!
i've had better
this brush was replacing a brush i had that was similar with the separated bristile spines which i love. However, the spines are very floppy and weak, combined with a very thick handle thats difficult to grip and easily sippery. It makes the product frustrating to use with 30 in of thick hair. Also, the slider to hold the spines in place would not stay while actually brushing my hair, popped right out if it.

Brushes hair. Not curl friendly.
Ive been using this product for about 3 months. Although it is flexible and meant to bend to your hair, I find it a bit agressive on it when it comes to tangles and not easy to work with when it comes to them. I've used the adapter as well and although a bit better still isnt great if I have to use the adapter for some kind of stability while brushing. All in all 7/10.
