Once a week, in place of your shampoo, apply scrub on damp hair from scalp to ends in a circular motion and rinse. Follow with your favorite NatureLab Conditioner.

A must have in my routine
I finally found a routine that works for my hair and scalp needs, and this is part of it. I have repurchased three or four times at this point, and when I don't use it, I notice the difference. I'm going to use this as long as they keep making it.

This exceeded my expectations. I got it for my daughter who has extremely thick 2a/2b curls. She's been getting bad dandruff and her hair close to her scalp was getting almost like a sticky texture. So I got her this to give her a good deep clean and exfoliation, and it did such a great job. After one wash with it, it was like night and day. We're going to keep using it. I've been having a lot of good luck with this brand.
